The paper proves that the social collective axioms such as completeness, Pareto optimality and non-dictatorship hold in the method. And under certain conditions, the independence axiom also holds in the method. Even if the number of individuals doesn't equal that of alternatives, the method is still universally practicable since we introduce subjunctive alternatives or subjunctive individuals in the method. Moreover, we give a numerical example to illustrate the technique and the process of the method.
