Based on analysis of transport organization in railway hub, the motivation and origin for the rational exploitation problem of transport capacity resources in railway hub is discussed, the optimal objectives and internal relation are analyzed, and parameters that correspond to the problem are defined. A new comprehensive optimization model that is based on capacity constraints is build. At last, simulation calculation for the model is achieved by using genetic algorithm.
