Aim at the characteristic of mixed refining in the primary processing in the refinery, this paper studies the optimization model of production scheduling for satisfying quality demand of secondary processing; and for assuring sustainable stabilization of production quality and reducing the cost of oil, this paper studies the optimization model of demand forecast of crude oil, and the characteristics of algorithm of the above models are presented.
