First, we give the weight of index objectively with entropy for the multiple attribute decision problem. Then, we combine this weight with the weight of index which is given in analytic hierarchy process method subjectively. Thus we get the weight to be called the weight of entropy which is used in calculating combinatorial weight in AHP method. At last, we apply this method to a ship investment decision making problem.
