In this paper, a matching aggregation in group decision making with linguistic opinions and its properties are presented. The coordination technique for consensus reaching process is developed, including the definition of linguistic consensus degrees and linguistic distances, and the construction of the learning model. And finally, computing example and calculating steps are discussed.
