An algorithm for computing reliability of complex systems which is a junction of the top-down, bottom-up and Poincaré algorithms is presented. The algorithm consists of two steps: first the reliability structure of the system is coded in a convenient form and then reliability is computed using this new form. The algorithm especially oriented on systems whose structure is constant in time, but the reliability of components changes or is not exactly known. As the mathematical tool we use the relation theory and all obtained results are formally proved. The algorithms are written in a formal Pascal-like language. A simple example is presented.
