The paper presents a brief introduction to possibility of application of multicriteria approaches to performance analysis of production units. Using of a hierarchical performance system that captures multiple perspectives enables an application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytic Network Process (ANP) is the method that makes it possible to deal systematically with linkages between different perspectives. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is an approach of performance evaluation of production units by multiple input and multiple output. Solving of a multicriteria linear programming problem by the Aspiration Level Oriented Procedure (ALOP) can be used for search of the efficient frontier in DEA.
