Abstract:

We present a DEA application in evaluating the efficiency of a set of nondominated paths on a road network. The DEA is used to choose efficient paths run along by disabled. We developed an adaptation of the classic model that allows us to evaluate paths efficiency by incorporating into the analysis information about user ability of mobility. We proved that the used model is invariant for data translation. Nevertheless, since evaluating units are nondominated paths, we studied the relationship between efficiency and dominance properties.
