Average machine efficiency in a man-machine system with exponential time between breakdowns and random service time (Spanish)

The paper presents a model for determining average machine efficiency in a system which consists of one operator and N identical machines with exponential time between breakdowns and random service times, identically and independently distributed. The model generalizes the well known formulae derived from M/M/1 with finite population and Ashcroft models, that are often used for the operator-machine assignment problem.
