Among several other dimensions, ‘Adequate Compensation’ and ‘Care for Employees Safety’ were identified as two dimensions of Organisational Climate. Ten items each were initially selected for measuring these two dimensions. After reliability and validity analysis, the final measurement test was constructed by selecting six items in ‘Adequate Compensation’ and nine items in ‘Care for Employees Safety’.
