A competitive location problem is considered. The demand capture is determined by attraction functions depending on the service center attractiveness and the distance between the center and the demand points. A firm wants to establish service centers in a market where competing firms are already operating. The firm is interested in the locations and attractiveness that maximize profits. A model based on Huff's model is used and the equilibrium location-attractiveness for particular conditions is analyzed. An example is presented.
