The original LIMIT method adjusts EOQ lot sizes for a group of items to allow for capacity restrictions. In this article the optimal lot sizes are found for the constrained capacity case assuming total setup cost is fixed. One interesting result is that it is not necessary to know setup costs to find optimal lot sizes.
