We consider a class of vector-valued control-approximation problems in which each objective function is a sum of two terms, a linear function and a power of a norm of a linear vector function. Necessary conditions for approximate solutions of these problems were derived using a vector-valued variational principle, the subdifferential calculus and the directional derivative, respectively.
