Cumulation order is defined on the space of probabilities over a finite ordered set and its properties are studied. Analogies and differences between this order structure and classical majorization order are stressed. Cumulation order is shown to be a powerful tool in data analysis. Its study also suggests the possibility of an eventual ordered Bayesian statistic.
