This paper presents an inference method using FCM which can improve the decision making quality. An inference algorithm using a levelized FCM is proposed to solve a synchronization problem which is one of the problems that deteriorate the quality of inference method using FCM. We present the inference procedure using the proposed levelized FCM and show application examples.
