Major efficiency is an efficiency theory of multiobjective programming, which is based on the law of majority. For the case that the feasible region is a finite set, an earlier paper gave a comparison-number method for finding the major efficient solution and the major optimal solutions. This paper presents a new method to solve the same problem. The new method is based on a concept of efficient equivalence point sets. The authors give the definition of an efficient equivalence point set, discuss the relationship between it and major efficiency, and present a new approach to finding major efficient (optimal) solutions.
