Abstract:

A new axiomatic characterization of the Banzhaf value for a cooperative n-person game with transferable utilities is given, by using a new potential function. In the space of all games with a fixed set of players a potential basis has been found, which allows an explicit representation of all games with an a priori given Banzhaf value.
