A multivariant scheme of the south-eastern angle method for a two dimensional mass cutting stock problem is discussed in the paper. The use of a flexible linear programming package LP-LGU for the solution of such problems with various column generators is described. The paralleling of a computational scheme of the method of the generating structures is suggested.
