Abstract:

A farm planning model for Agro-Combinat Touila of Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia, is developed in this paper. The ADELAIS multiobjective linear programming software is then used as a means to investigate conflict and compromises among specific development objectives and to design and evaluate alternative efficient cropping patterns. Throughout the decision process, which was carried out in Sidi Bouzid, a sequence of alternative cropping policies was generated and a satisfaction cropping pattern was finally obtained.
