The solution of classic multicriteria problems, with or without hierarchical structures, sometimes presents difficulties consequent on either the reductive adopted scales or the exhaustive pairwise comparisons. The paper proposes a procedure which tries to overcome some of the difficulties mentioned, using simple and easy graphic formulation of the judgements, by an algorithm which measures the acquired information in the decision process as an isomorphous quantity of the negative entropy. The introduction of an ideal point, having maximum anti-entropy, is suitable for the understanding of the optimality of the acquited information and the expressed preferences about the attributes of the alternatives. The concept of attractiveness brings the decision maker to the formulation of preferences and to the achievement of a ranking for the alternatives.
