An EOQ model with imprecise holding and set-up costs has been considered where the total investment and available storage area are limited but uncertain to certain extent. The impreciseness of these parameters has been expressed by using concept from fuzzy set theory with the help of three types of membership functions and then the model is solved by fuzzy non-linear programming method using Lagrange multipliers. The model has been illustrated numerically. The variations of the results with those of the crisp (precise) model have been pointed out and the sensitivity of the model to the degree of impreciseness of the inventory costs, investment amount and warehouse space has been presented.
