The author is pleased and grateful for the opportunity to present here some remarks on the interrelationships of the forecasting capacity of sciences. He hopes that his remarks may be considered a useful comment on forecasting; he doesn’t claim any originality, though. Others have worked on this subject more than the author has: e.g., Intriligator, Nordhaus, Theil, to mention a few.
