Protean systems with neural network optimisation

Some of the important aspects of protean systems with special reference to optimization problems in neural networks are studied in this paper. Although the protean system is relatively a new term some related problems do exist in literature. The protean systems encompass a wide variety of problems in an every changing environment which is more real in the modern age. During the recent years, studies of such problems have gathered more momentum and the protean systems are emerging to form a special area of of operations research. The author has attempted to present some of the important characteristics of protean systems through examples including real estate problems involving random neural network technique.
