A continuous set covering problem as a quasidifferentiable optimization problem

In Chapter 1 the definition and a short overview of important properties of quasi-differentiable functions are given. A way to compute local minima of restricted and unrestricted quasi-differentiable optimization problems is presented in Chapter 2. The reminder of this paper deals with the description, the properties of a continuous set covering problem and its decomposition into quasi-differentiable optimization problems. An example is the contents of the last chapter.
