Abstract:

This paper presents a method for solving project planning problem which disagrees greatly with the opinions of experts in each activity processing time. Triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs) are used to represent activity times of experts. The authors introduce a pessimistic project planning with major TFNs and an optimistic project planning with minor TFNs, and illustrate the approach using a combination of the existing composite and the comparison methods, which is used to solve the complex project planning problem.
