The paper deals with selected control problem for a flexible manufacturing system. The system consists of robots performing the operations and the robocars transporting the manufactured objects. The aim of the control is to minimize the completion time and the energy used in the process. These two criteria are contradictory and a compromise must be found. In the paper, the heuristic algorithm of control is proposed and the results of the simulation of the manufacturing process are presented.
