The paper presents how the DSS NEGOPLAN, develoed by the authors, and described elsewhere, is used for the analysis and testing of negotiation strategies. Convergence of the negotiation process for various strategies is thereby also assessed. The illustration of the working of the DSS and the procedure assumed is provided by the labour union-management conflict. For this particular kind of conflict interesting non-trivial examples of results are given.
