S-Curves and completion times of project work-packs

S-curves and completion times of project work-packs are described both in preliminary planning (top-down process) and in project control (bottom-up process). These tools can be productively employed both for the Overall Master Schedule and for detailed planning. Finally, a ‘Planning Sheet’ is suggested, i.e. an interactive and user friendly software suitable for simulations which, thanks to the integration of time, resource and progress, allows the achievement of maximum project visibility.
