Abstract:

In this work the problem of intercity transit assignment, characterized by low frequency and a high degree of punctuality, has been dealt with through a network approach which explicitly considers the timetables. In the first part the hypothesis of behavioural choice connected with path and departure time will be analysed, then the spatio-temporal network used of a diachronic type will be defined and finally the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium state are discussed.
